ordinary day

Hey everyone just writing to check in and say hello!! today its been pourin out side so i have stayed inside lol my little trashbag rain jacket just wont cut it .. plus its yellow and it just doesnt go with my skin tone lol:P things here are good thank you all for the good words about the pix... i am def going to be sending more!!! i have a 4 day holiday next month YEAHYEA!!! so i think i am goign to go up in the mountains to see some scenery it should be pretty amazing!!!anyways i love you all and i hope everything is good with you MWAH!! dont forget to email:P

well well, who is a loser? I am I have just spent the last hour or two reading your blogs. It sounds like you are doing amazing. In your words you sound like you are the happy and beautiful Krystal that just wanted to shin , but it was not time yet. Well even though it may be raining it is still your time to shin. Kay ready for your work out for week 1!
1) every morining after you wake up take a pee and have some water you are going to max out on pushups, tricep dips (keep butt close to bench and make sure that you only move at eblows and don't let your traps kick in! Next do 2 sets of lunges on each side to about 15reps or fatigue. Then max out with a wall sit (keep back straight weight in heels and ankles under knees at 90 degrees.Feel the burn baby! Keep shoulder blades flat against bench and abs tight!) Run 4 times per week for 15 to 20 minutes non stop (once in the morning and once in the evening)so you stay on track and do not have to be out for long periods of time. Drink lots of water and eat protien when acvailable watch ootu for the high sugary carbs!
P.S Love your pics they remind me so much about my time in Thialand!
One thing to note though (and I am only saying this because I do the same all the time)embrass your beauty and your body Love yourself. What I mean is instead of all these haed shot, beacuse don't get me wrong you are beautiful remeber that your body is your temple step out from behind the children and show me if noone else your whole you!
Miss your little witty ways, it isn't the same at the gym with out you! Candice if you read this, smile more at the gym for me! I love to see your smile!
