Hey !! well its def a monday!! im pretty tired today and i guess my voice is not healed lol because i cant talk properly:S im really not looking forward to teaching vienna today lol itss like the longest half hour of my life!!!! i have to stay at the school untill 7 today because of telephone teaching!! which is ok becasue tomorrow i get to leave at 5 yeah!! i really cant wait to move i think ill be moving this weekend on sunday !! its a good thing for sure just because i can keep my house how i want and frankly when its hot i can walk around in my underwear and im wont be afraid of someone walking in on me hehe!! well i am happy to say that i am feeling alittle bit better and im really happy that i just had the last two days off it was nice to relax.. however when your alone in a house your mind wonders and you miss all the things back home.. like being able to call your mom whenever .. or to talk to your sister etc... im still doing really good and according to someone i have already proven alot of people wrong.. people who didnt think i could do it but w.e i dont care about that shit!! im here for me not to prove anyone wrong, because honestly i dont have to prove nothing to no one when i want to come home will be up to me, and from this moment forward i will not dictate my life on what other people think, or feel because at the end of the day im the one looking in the mirror no one else, and im the one that has to face any repercussions of my choices good or bad!! lol ok that was my little rant for the day i love you all and miss you like craZy mwha

Today was alot of fun!! i mean how can you go wrong with 5 hours of shopping!! i didnt buy anythign because i honestly can not fit anythign into my suit case but once i move and get set up in my apartment ITS ON BABY!! the cloths here come in three catagorys granny, really nice work cloths,or 12 year old cloths lol!! its actually pretty funny to see english on the shirts because sometimes theres spelling mistakes or the sentances just dont make any sence!!! haha still on the hunt for some cute baby cloths they just dont have it here!! OHH THE PURSES AND SHOES!!! i swear im going to be having the collection because there cheap and nice and even cloths the shirts etc ill be coming home with a whole new wardrobe!! we went to a japanese resturant for dinner and it was like cook your meat at your table on hot coals and then hot pots which is like soup with dips mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm soooo good however we ordered these shrimp rolls with wasabie sauce on them YUCK lol !!!sharrno and Genie have been really good to me they dont ever let me pay for anything.. although thats just the taiwan way if you invite someone to dinner you are paying espesially because i am foreigner they will not let me pay!! I AM TERRIFIED of gaining weight tho because i was talking to genie and sharrno and she said that all the teachers that have worked at the school have gained weight lots of weight:S:S now they also mentioned they all ate alot of mcdonalds and drank alot of milk which is our cream the stuff you whip to make whipping cream lol so i mean ok i get why but still im just so afraid :(specially because i dont think you really see yourself getting fat untill its to late well i dont anyways sooo but im just going to have to be careful and really not eat mcdonalds or kfc !! or drink the milk lol!!! i just really gotta hold my self accountable !! anyways its been a looooooooooong day and im beat so i love you all!!!and miss you p.s if i say happy birthday and its wrong lol its probably that i just rememberd thats its coming up soon and just to stop myself for forgetting i will mention it OR im just totally out in left feild hahah lve you

Im sooooooooo happy its friday my voice hurts from talking so much hahah!! today was good!! i was looking for a fight when it came to the cram school with my hours but sammie came up to me with her book and just told me it was rearranged this way the way i wanted without hesitation i didnt even have to say anything!!!!!!!!ＹＥＡＨ！！ the weather here is getting hotter by the day!! and i hear red deer got snow AHAHAHA that sucks!!! im not really sure what else to say today just im tired im sick lol but im having fun thinking alot!!and i mean alot its weird ya know even the people here other teachers are very protective of me now im like the little sister which is nice it feels like home giving me advice etc so dont worry guys im being watched over!!! im going to taichung this weekend tomorrow just to hang out with the girls and sunday to help take the students to write an english test i tell you !!canadian school system rocks i cant believe how hard these students have to work anyways love you all thanks for your support and keep the prayers coming

Well i went running today outside in 35 degree weather and i LOVED IT lol it honestly feels so good to set up a goal and to complete it and for those of you runners out there it feels even better to make a goal and then surpass it it gives you such a high:D:D just wanted to let you all know that im running and i love it.. im creating goals and im keeping them and fulfilling them and its a great feeling...

sooo hot today lol !!i have half days on thursday so i went riding around in a tank top lol its 35 degrees outside blue skys !!!its really nice so there was no way i was going to wear t-shirt i went for the tank top lol and of course i was stared at the whole time the men seemed to smile nicely but the women lol not so much they all kinda looked at me like ho bag haha but im sorry im not wearing thick jean jackets like them just so my skin doesnt turn dark its crazy they totally cover up so they can stay as light as possible it shows wealth if you are tanned it means you dont have alot of money so you ave to go work but it your very fair that means you could stay inside and not work which in turn ment that your husband was rich lol!! well theres your little history on taiwan lol im going to eat some dumplings mm mm good love you all and thanks for the mesg grandma give everyone a kiss and hug for me:D

Hey!!! today was a good day:D im fighting another horrible flu which sux but i dont know the min i step into the class room its like it doesnt matter i have to be on and thats really good!!i love it now props to the teachers back home because the students here are way different then in canada they respect the teachers here alot more but still there children so they misbehave lol and man its hard work but like i said i love it!! today we tested prague class with vocabulary :( it was so sad one of my students chad sooooooooo cute kept saying do you like some cookies instead of would you like some cookies and he got slapped really hard because he kept saying it wrong then he got sent to the other teacher to give him a hard time and back to us and got in more trouble THEN he got a phone call home!!poor little man i just wanted to hug him because you could see he was just broken !! Iput my foot down today!! im usually very passive and just suck things up when it comes to people in authority ( no cop jokes please hehe) but when it comes to work i usually do what im asked etc well on fridays i am supposed to work at the cram school till 7:40 but it gets dark at 6 here so i went to the teacher today and i told her i dont want to be driving past 6:30 because it gets to dark and on june first im moving 20 mins away and its just not safe for me to be driving ... and she tried to guilt me alittle bit BUT i said im not chinese this is my first time riding a scooter if something shoul dhappen to me on the way home i would be introuble because no one could help me!!and then she said she would talk to the other teachers and see but frankly im not doing it!! its not safe and i told her that so YEAH FOR ME!!! speaking of driving the scooter lol today i kinda went in the ditch hehe:) i ment to press the brake but i pressed the gas and zoooooooooom lol i was in there before i could even blink dont worry mom i didnt fly off my bike or anything but man was it hard to get out !! those scooters weigh a tone!!well anyways im still battling this cold so i should go rest in bed i love you all AUNTIE CHERYL HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY1!!!!!!! Hey all!! thank you brie for the work out!!! would you consider dumplings protein lol?? Hello everyone,, haha today was crazy at school we are going to a compition tomorrow for speaches in english 3 children in each class are going to be competing in there age group soo the school was frantic lol these things are very important for some reason:P... lol funniest thing ever i saw a dog BIGGER THEN SAMlike way way way taller on a scooter lol im not shitting you seriously this dog was just sitting on it while the person was driving hahaha i almost peed my pants laughing.. today i had cram school man it makes for along day because i get to the school at 8:20 usually and i dont get home untill 8 however i get a 2 hour lunch break so i really should not complain and honestly right now time seems to be flying well except when i teach the little ones lol i thought i would love it but its sooo darn hard getting them to do anythign because they just look at you with a huh? look in there face lol but im learning!!!HOLLY!!! hows the wedding planning going? from what candice has been telling me shes stoked !!! are you getting nervous excited about all the presents?? lol honestly thats the only reason anyone has big weddings is for the presents i mean thats why im gonna have one:P:P KIDDING!!! :S but holly hows YA MAMA doing? hehe i really miss you and i am really sorry that i wont be there but candice said its going to be beautiful even without me soo lol thats pretty good:P Brie!!! i miss our sessions i tried working out today and honestly its sooo overwhleming trying to remember everything i dont know i need like a system right now i am not hooked up at a gym because im in teh middle of RICE HEAVAN no lies so i am running well not today because it was raiining and now its dark but i did and i am going to!!! but like should i just do abs one day and if i dont have weights for my arms what should i do i know like pushups lol cause when i get back im gonna do a one handed push up YAYA!!! lol and like i know you can work on your triceps by sitting on a chair and then lifting your bumb off and forward and holding your weight going down and lifting up .. lol but im kinda lost sooo can you help me pretty please!!! Hello my fellow bloggers.. how you all doing today?? My day was really good today i was off at 1:30 ( thursdays are my early days) so i have had a good time just hanging out at home getting all my stuff organized.. i am really happy about getting my own place:D:D:D it will be exciting to decorate it however.. im not going to live in the place forever so its like how much decorating do i actually do??? theres a baby gecko living here now lol i dont know if i should be grossed out by that or what.. either way its and i named it holy shit.. RAINY SEASON HAS STARTED lol its reallyi cool tho i love the rain and actually it makes it not so hot taiwan is nice at night becuase it cools right down, however as soon as the sun goes down the bugs come out like crazy!!! i was joking around with Sharrno and Jeeny two girls i work with lol they dont know what thongs were so i had to show them.. i was also giving them a lesson about tampons hahaha cause they dont have them here!!!they have never even heard of them so that was really funny and then lol they showed me what they wear everyday for undewear!!! its a corset they have like a full body one to suck them in !!!! i could not believe it becuase these ladies are small maybe 140 lbs and they said all the girls at the school wear them everyday most women in taiwan wear them OMG!!! i would die of heat if i had to wear one of those lol its sooo crazy!! ooh another cool little thing about Taiwan the you know how the ice cream man drives around the block and plays music hahah well in taiwan its the garbage man that drives around the block playing music like an ice cream truck and you have to run out and give them yoru garbage bags heheh i just thought it was funny because when i first heard it i was really excited and i was going to go get some ice cream :( however lol it was not ice cream:P anyways thats all i really have to say right now things are going good i love you guys lots and lots im taking lots of pictures and as soon as i get a laptop i wil load them onto the comp its just this comp is honestly from the 60s soo lol it takes to long and everything is in chinese so i dont really understand what to do :P ALSO mom i am usually online like msn during my lunch break which is usually your 9pm sooo if you ever want to meet me on msn let me know ok :D:D:D: love you and have a good day guyys

alittle sappy tonight

Well I did it i went for my first outside run in taiwan and it was really really nice!! lol i had a spot that i was going to run to and i ran ALL the way there walked twice on the way home but ran the majority of the way!!! mainly because there was alot of bugs outside but hey what ever keeps you going right??Brie you would have been proud of me i kegeled and hollowed all the way:P I talked to my mom last night and it was sooooooooooo nice and a great suprise for her to calll i loved it!! however right before she called i was dawg tired and then after she called i was up till 130 in the morning trying to sleep!! lol i am really starting to get the hang of things here and i say that with alittle hesitance i dont wanna jinx anything lol but things are starting to be good im getting into a routine im buying fruit alone i know where i am driving its just really going good lmao i cant believe how many people stare and wnat to touch me tho its weird in canada you see someone that looks different and your like meh what ever!! here its like everyones getting whip flash ...and honestly mom thank you everyone says i got your side of the familys looks and its paying off ghetto booty and all lol everyday and im not exaggerating the women and men dropping off there kids at the school oooh your beautiful i wish i had a face like yours oooh your eyes so beautiful.. this man today made his 3 year old boy stop and say you are beautiful to me it was soo sweet!!! i think def if anythign this is a confidence booster.. and its giving me alot of time to think to being away i mean on my lonely days i talk to my pet gecko he doesnt respond but i know he feels me ( hit my chest twice then form a peace sign with your hands) I really feel like one of my biggest down fall is my fear of dissapointing people.. ahh im going to start crying!! it sounds really stupid but it like terrifys me to even think that i could dissapoint grandma or grandpa or mom and candice and sheldon everyone... i just ahh feel like i have a huge weight on my shoulders and i know no one has ever put that pressure on me but i just i want you all to be really proud of me and i just want you to beable to look at me and say wow thats my daughter look what shes done you know!! and im sure your thinking it but its just i dont ever want you to look at me and be like what has she done with her life you know?? Hey everyone.. its me !!!i dont really have alot to say just im missing home... teaching is going good its hard tho when you have one teacher saying one thing and one teacher saying something completly different ahh!! last nigth iwent and tried a hot pot its really cool its like you have alittle pot of boil water broth and they bring everyone a plate of vegs and you can choose the meet pork, chicken, bat testies,steak etc to put into it and they give it to you raw and you cool all this food in the pot and theres like a salad bad or dips and sauces to go into the pot lol what i thought would be really gross actually was really good and for never choosing sauce i did a pretty good job!!! anyways love you all miss you guys like crazy

I just wanted to take a min and say thank you so much for everything you have done and are going to do for me I love you so much !!you have been such an inspiration for me.. and because of your love and guidance i am who i am today... I would have never been able to step past security if it was not for you pushing me and teaching me to look after myself and to be a brave women.. today is SOOOOO FLIPPING HOT OUTSIDE.. in the morning we have to all greet the children which is fine but after school we also have to say goodbye and omg you break a sweat just standing there. lol scooters are sooooooooooooooooooooooo cool and i really know why people wear big helmets and glasses and doctors masks lol theres LOTS OF bugs ,, everyone seems to laugh at me on the scooter becasue well lol honestly i look flipping hilarious!! today was a really good day for me i taught all day in my classes with help from Sharnno she is not the vice principal but pretty close anyways she has been really nice to me since i have been here all.. actually all the girls have a few of them speak english which is really nice!!! i really feel like i am being babysat everyday and i dont know how i feel about that im sure once i get my own apartment it wont be like that so i am COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS !!!! today for lunch there was fried rice but with peas and corn in it it was not my fav but i made myself eat the corn just because i dont want to be constapated AGAIN!!! but corn is not supposed to be hard is it?? haha and then for a vegtable we had steamed lettus like ceaser salad lettus jeez im sure you guys are really going to be wondering where i went to school with all my spelling mistakes hahah... aww you guys are all warm in your bed right now sleeping away well me just about to try and drive home lmao..... lvoe you guys lots and lots and i hope to talk to you guys really soon love you mike...

Haha i honestly dont know whats worse being extremly constapated or having to run to the bathroom every 5 mins.. Well the weekend was GOOD!!! sorry about ranting and raving earlier its just jeez you can read all about your trip and what to expect but untill you get here you really have NO IDEA i went back to doulio this weekend and hung out with a bunch of guys that are double my age and we all drank lol it was fun beer is gross but i drank one anywats ( i just wanted to be cool lol)and then we went to a pub lmao which is like the equivalent to half of the blarny stone however has the look of Branlys lol ... well i got to the new town on Lunbei yesterday and i was really excited because the place i am staying at is actually clean and i have a bed to sleep in so i was happy untill i saw the shower lmao pretty much a shower nozel over the sink yeah its very difficult to clean yourself:P.. but i was will to look past that i came and visited the school and it seems really nice all the girls here are extremly nice and helpful most speak a bit of english which is nice:P.. anyways i woke up the morning with ants literally trying to steal my luggage ahhhh!!!! you would not believe how many ants there are and just because they smelt the bounce on my cloths or the shampoo either way it sucks!! i really miss home today i am not feeling so good and i have my monthly friend and with the weather being so hot it does not help but everyone here is so very nice and i helped teach my very first class today which was nice, they call them by cities like Rome, Newyork etc which is cool... Ok im back from my little venture hahaha now im just waiting for robert to come pick me up, things are really different here holy man... There honestly is no rules when it comes to driving like people will go on red lights drive on the wrong side its crazy, cars are not to bad but scooters THERE CRAZY!!! i found a cool store today with lots of things in it that i will need/want however its sorta pointless considering where i will be staying will be 45 mins away and i can really fit alot of stuff on a scooter ... i guess the night life here is pretty cool LMAO OMG ok so they have english music and taiwan music today i was in this store and they had X gonna give it to you you know the one thats like ive been doing this for 19 years N's wanna fight me fight these tears YEA and not even edited out and theres these little old ladies walking noding there head cause they dont know what it means lol its kinda funny actually we also have some Canadian TV we have CNN, Discovery,HBO and movie channels and also all the movie theaters have english movies with taiwanese suptitles so thats cool and they come out at the same time as in Canada so thats neat as long as i dont go see a jakie chan movie or ninja movies lol but i mean honestly hahahah not goign to happen. I think the girl at seven eleven ripped me off today because a bottle water was 28$ i gave her 100$ and she only gave me like a loonie or something that looked like the loonie. I bought my first fruit today a whole pinapple, They have HUGE watermelons here but i cant eat them:( oh well lol SHOUT OUT to Baby-pops giselle, kim, benta, and carrie I LOVE YOU MOMMY:P ok talk to you guys later... i might write again today lol cause i have alittle while but hehehe have a good one

wow thank you guys all so much for all the comments you dont know how much it means to me it really keeps me going even though i have only been here two days it feels longer the people are very nice its just hard because i know nothing the food well hahah some is really good like last night i had fried rice is it tasted soooooooo good and others well not soo good like mushrooms here are not so good :( i had my first taste of peeing in a whole yesterday lol and considering that i peed all over my foot it did not go good lol its really weird actually cause it flushes !!! also the tolet paper is not bad as long as you bring your own if not your going to be air drying!!! as for the imodium i honestly have nto had to use it THANK GOD but im pretty sure thats not goign to last... Also mcdolands does not serve rice instead of fries ( no i have not had any yet) but i asked someone you ask for rice if you want but its mainly served with fries.. The children are so young when they start school that they are still in diapers which is really cool well not if i have to change them but hahah i made alittle girl cry yesterday becasue she has never seen a foreign girl yet and she was scared:( she must have only been 18 months looked brecks age and they are in school already.. kindergarten kids are learning there times table already. I am staying alone right now in a four floor aparment building and its very scary!! i will be really happy because tomorrow i am goign to the town with my school and i will be staying with the principal so i wont be alone at nigth and then i will be even happier when i get my own place and i set up the phone and interenet its tough now because i dont know when i will be able to right and i dont even know how to call lol .. the people here are very very nice i had a man follow me pretty much all the way home because he wanted to come home with me lol but the guy i was with ( i was job shadowing a foriegn teacher) we went out for supper and he was giving me a ride home and this guy pulled up on his scooter he could speak very little english but got out that he loved celine dion cause i told him i was from canada and he thought he could just come into my house lol but steve told him to get lost which was good cause i dont need any creepy people knowinng where i live... I was also told i was veryvery beautiful by an old man yesterday it was nice. Thank you Brie for the Letter!!! i think you would be very proud of what i am wearing latly!!! Deanna i have not contacted ericas unlce yet because its in the suit case that im not opening till i have my own place but as soon as i get set up i will def give him a shout... Yeah not only do people have pink helmets they have like doctor masks to stop bugs from hitting them hahaha its to hot for me to wear one of those but then again i have not had one hit me yet:P.. They also have cars here like mazda, hondas etc but no trucks booh hoo....
